Hungarian revenue stamps were issued to collect taxes and fees on goods, documents, and services, rather than for postal purposes. These fiscal stamps provide a detailed insight into the administrative, economic, and legal systems of Hungary from the late 19th century through the 20th century.

This collection focuses especially on alcohol and tobacco revenue stamps, which were used to confirm the payment of excise duties on spirits, wine, beer, and tobacco products. Such stamps were typically affixed to bottles, packages, or official documents and often feature ornate designs, national symbols, coats of arms, and clear denomination markings.
